Wright State University, located in Dayton, OH, invites applications for an Assistant to the Executive Director of Wright State University’s Nutter Center. This individual will assist the Executive Director in managing the Nutter Center, a premier sports and entertainment facility, by coordinating event booking and accompanying compliance forms, managing student workers, working with promoters in event scheduling, advising in matters of policy and procedures and acting as MOD (manager on duty). This position represents the Nutter Center in the absence of the Executive Director when designated.

Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and two years related work experience, with at least one year of direct employee supervision experience. Must possess strong written and oral communication abilities, knowledge of business grammar, strong organizational skills, and ability to deliver work on time and adapt to constantly changing work conditions and responsibilities. Must be proficient with various computer system platforms, applications and personal computers. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Previous experience working in a fast paced, event driven environment. Experience with Wright State University processes, web-based applications and Banner a plus. |
